every single day and that we will only have two days off over the entire.5 month period. Do I have any hope or am I screwed? 8-10 hours every day including weekends is absolutely going to burn me out. Anybody have good/ bad news? I understand that is helpful to see every single possible issue, but it isn't helpful to see what is realistic to write in 30 minutes after at least 5-10 of reading the page and half long question. However, when I googled it, I couldn't find them anywhere. Anyway, have any of you lawyers passed the bar exam despite having not answered a whole ass essay? My time allotment was superb, and I finished every essay, even if I wasn't able to fully elaborate on each question asked. Are they not publicly accessible?

I am sure I am one of many freaking out, but do they curve up or down from your raw score for the essays? On the essays I did get to, at least one of them I didn't even finish all the questions, and one question I totally bullshitted. I write what I think is a decent essay and then read the Barbi model answer which is 3 pages single spaced. To those of you that have already taken and passed the bar, did you actually stick to the study schedule as it was laid out for your particular program? I calculated out what I thought I got on my Essays and if they curve up I feel good, but down I feel terrible. Most importantly, every issue raised and question asked was met with an irac, even if almost an outline. So, all of the bar review programs are starting to release their study schedules for the summer.

What killed me is the anxiety and nerves. One of my good friends is taking Themis, and Themis is giving their students weekends off and even some weekdays. And I know everyone feels like it, but I have articulable reasons for why I might have fucked myself over: in the morning, there's a whole essay that I didn't put anything down for because I spent the bulk of my time trying to write. The evening portion was drastically different. I feel like a failed. A few websites mention that some local universities have copies, but I'm out of state so that's not particularly helpful. My state doesn't release model answers for the actual bar exam so I don't know where to turn. The morning was absolutely horrible. How do these programs differ so drastically with their study schedules? I didn't know how to get back on track.
